Cayuse is authenticated for TAMUK users by logging into their JNET portal and or by clicking on the link here or on our main TAMUK Cayuse webpage: .

If you are new to the campus and or need to add students to the Cayuse system use the to gain access. The Research and Innovation team will review the request and process it. Access will be granted within 3 business days or sooner.

Is my CITI training pulled into the Cayuse system automatically?

Yes. Your CITI training is pulled into Cayuse automatically every 24 hours. You will need to log into your CITI Training Program profile to make sure your email is the First.Lastname@tamuk or First.Lastname@students.tamuk.edu email. That is key to make sure your training matches the records in Cayuse.

Is my TrainTraq training pulled into the Cayuse system automatically?

No. Your TrainTraq training at this time is not pulled into Cayuse. If you are required to have TrainTraq training dates in the Cayuse system for specific modules that will need to be done manually at this time.
