Spring Staff Mixer - Fun Fun Fun!
Staff Council cordially invites you to our Spring 2020 Staff Mixer! Staff are invited to the Ballrooms from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on February 6 to fill complimentary mugs with snacks. Staff Council will be accepting donations for the Javelina Care Pantry. If you bring a donation for the pantry, you will be entered to win a prize basket.

Entry to the event is FREE - We do ask each family to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots

Staff Council invites you to nominate a staff member to be a recipient of a Thanksgiving Turkey Bundle!
Nominations will be accepted through November 15th, 2018

Staff Council 2018-2019 Nominations
Do you know a hardworking, dedicated, responsible colleague that demonstrates strong leadership skills and is motivated to make a difference at our university? If so, we encourage you to nominate him/her for a Staff Council position. Staff council nominations are currently open and will close on Wednesday, August 22nd, at 5:00pm.
You may nominate any staff employee whose name is listed in any of the appended job classification categories. Self-nominations are also welcomed. Categories include:
• Professional Non-Faculty (4 vacancies)
• Clerical (2 vacancy)

The TAMUK Staff Council Announces the 2018-2019 Staff Parking Award Application
In appreciation of the hard work and dedication of the staff at 91AV, Staff Council is offering two $150 parking awards to staff members who submit an application by 5 pm on August 14, 2018, and who express the greatest need and greatest length of employment at the University.

The TAMUK Staff Council Announces the 2018-2019 Book Award Application
Staff Council is offering two $200 book awards to staff members who submit completed applications by 5 pm on Monday, August 14th , 2018 and who are selected on the basis of academic achievement and length of employment at the University.
