Engineering Wellness

Our goal is to unite the engineering community and foster a culture of care and camaraderie! Experience health, fitness, and community with Engineering Wellness (E-Well) at 91AV. Hosted by the Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering, E-Well events will take place on the third Wednesday of every month, starting on August 21, 2024.


Important note: E-Well events are dependent on weather conditions.
We will announce on our website and social media if we need to reschedule or cancel due to the weather.


See below for times, activities, and the location of E-Well meets.


Morning session: Walk and jog. 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Front lawn, Engineering Complex.
Afternoon session: Walking, jogging, cycling, sports activities, games, and more. 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Front lawn, Engineering Complex.

Water and activity supplies will be provided for the afternoon session only.

Sports activities and games will vary but may include badminton, volleyball, Spikeball, football, soccer, frisbee, Double Dutch, giant Jenga, Connect Four, cup pong, yard pong, and Cornhole.
