EARLY ARRIVAL REQUESTS FOR FALL 2024 HAVE NOW BEEN CLOSED.
Arrival of Students Prior to the Start of the Semester
All students assigned to university housing will be sent an email notification, to inform them of the check in process for semester.
- All students that are new to the residence hall for semester will be required to submit two online forms (Hall Registration Form and the Emergency Health Form).
- There is a $15 per night charge for every day you arrive before check in that will be billed to your student Blue and Gold account
- All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
- If you fail to make arrangements 48 hours in advance or arrive without making prior arrangements for housing you will be charged a $50 late fee as well as the $15 per night charge.
