This low-impact workout focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class will help you build a strong, toned body while keeping things gentle on your joints. All levels are welcome!

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats to class.

Step & Pump: a cardio party that's low on impact but high on energy! Step up to the beat and pump up the fun as we combine step aerobics with dumbbell exercises for a full-body blast. This is a great cross-training program for all skill levels!
